The Plan to Rehabilitate
Mzuzu Technical College
Phase One:
This first phase will rehabilitate the Kaning'ina Hostel of Mzuzu Technical
College and will proceed according to the following documents:
Mzuzu Diocese is the legal owner of Mzuzu Technical College. While thegovernment does pay the salaries of the staff, it has no input to the
infrastructure of the college and are not involved in any way whatsoever in
this project.
The rehabilitation will be directly implemented by the Principal of Mzuzu
Technical School together with his staff and students. Fr John Ryan will
monitor very closely all progress.
September 2010: Kaning'ina Hostel has been fully rehabilitated.
Phase Two: (October 2010)
Work is now in progress on Luwinga Hostel.
