Ungweru is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered in accordance to the laws of Malawi.  Ungweru named after the Tumbuka word for light.  Based in Mzuzu, we strive to bring light to communities by providing support in:

1. Natural Resource Management
2. HIV/AIDS Management
3. Education
4. Food Security
5. Water and Sanitation
6. Human Rights (Child Protection)
7. Youth Empowerment
